With over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design, I have participated in more than 60 projects, from thoughtfully designed studio apartments to large scale urban developments covering 100 hectares and 300,000 square meters. Author's supervision

> On-site visits 1-2 times a week to monitor the compliance of construction work with the design project > Adjustment of drawings that may be needed to implement the design project. The service is an integral part of the work and cannot be excluded.

Decoration and landscaping

> Specification of interior decorative elements with the indication of names, article numbers, required quantity, cost, and references > Selection of plants and planters for interior and exterior > Purchasing, repotting and arrangement on site
